30 November - 2 December 2011 in Berlin (Germany) was held 17 international conference on technology supported learning and training Online Educa Berlin. Head of International office of AKKORK Erika Soboleva took part in the conference and made the report about the system of reviewers selection and training which exists in AKKORK and how this system helps to maintain the AKKORK reviewers independence.

30 November - 2 December 2011 in Brussels (Belgium) was held first joint seminar of International Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) "Internationalisation and Quality Assurance: Connecting European and Global Experiences". Head of Accreditation Council of AKKORK prof. Yuri Rubin took part in the seminar. In the seminar took part representatives of all the education market stakeholders and also the european and international quality assurance agencies.

17-20 November 2011 in Antwerpen (Belgium) was held VI European Quality Assurance Forum. In the Forum took part Head of AKKORK Accreditation Council prof. Yuri Rubin and head of the International office Erika Soboleva. This is an annual event, constituting the biggest conference in the sphere of quality assurance, as it creates the platform for meeting of all the stakeholders in the education sphere: agencies, HEIs, employers and students. The organizers of the Forum are: European Association of Universities (EUA), European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), European Assosiation of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE), European Students Union (ESU).

At 5th of December AKKORK organized a conference « System of higher education quality evaluation», which was held as a part of « Creating the conditions for the development of state and public evaluation of higher education institutions activity, public - professional accreditation of educational programs" Federal Programme of Education Development in 2011-2015.

14th -17th of November 2011 AKKORK organized International forum «Independent expertise of higher education professional evaluation systems» which was held as a part of « Creating the conditions for the development of state and public evaluation of higher education institution activity, public - professional accreditation of educational programs" Federal Programme of Education Development in 2011-2015. The conference was attended by about 100 people from different regions of Russia and CIS countries. At a plenary meeting, delivered a speech the Director of the European Register of Quality Assurance Agencies (EQAR) Colin Tuck.

On 15th of November 2011 as a part of International forum «System of higher education quality evaluation » was held annual meeting of experts of AKKORK, on which were summed up the results of AKKORK experts work in 2010 and first half of 2011. The experts shared their experiences in interaction with universities during the evaluation procedures and discussed future plans of their work.

31 October - 2 November 2011 in Moscow will be held interregional conference «Independent Accreditation of the Professional Education Programs».

Was signed an agreement on cooperation between the All-Russia Public Organization «Union of the Russian College’s Directors» and АККОRК
