The AKKORK Accreditation Commission chair Yury Rubin and the Head of International office Erika Soboleva took part in annual Innovation Forum of European Foundation for
Quality in E-learning (EFQUEL) that took place from the 8th to 10th of September 2010 in Lisbon.
On the Forum there were discussed issues on open education resources assessment quality as well as issues on the HEI self-assessment.
