On the 2nd of December, 2009 at the Academy of Advanced Training of Education was held a seminar on “Improving the quality of education and fulfillment of new regulations on licensing and accreditation”. The Supreme Advisory Council of AKKORK – Samoilov V.A. made a presentation on “The Formation of educational audit in Russia”, raising urgent problems of educational competitiveness during the procedure of quality assessment and opportunities of applying its results in the state accreditation.
