Agreement with EFQUEL03.12.09

On the 2nd of December, 2009, AKKORK signed in Berlin an agreement with the European Foundation for Quality in E-learning on joint implementation of the European accreditation program in Russia on “European University Quality in E-laerning, UNIQUe.” The agreement was signed by the president of the EFQUEL foundation Dr. Claudio Doni and by the Chairman of the accreditation board of AKKORK PhD, Professor Yuriy Borisovich Rubin. Under the act, AKKORK aims to initiate the process of accreditation of educational institutions, basing on this program. In case of successful accreditation, educational institution receives the international Seal of approvement by UNIQUe, confirming the high level of operation with modern data and communication technology in the learning process. At the signing ceremony the Head of the EFQUEL stated, that “UNIQUe is a combination of academic tradition of peer review with modern management of certifying higher educational istitutions.”
