4th Annual All-Russian scientific-practical conference of experts in quality assessments of education.09.11.09

On the 5th and the 6th of November, 2009 in the National Industry Academy took place the 4th All-Russian scientific-practical conference of experts in quality assessment of education under the name of “Implementation of European standards and guidelines in quality assurance system of education.” The conference was attended by the representatives of the educational authorities, Russian specialists in the quality of education, as well as international experts: the secretary of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) – Leendert Klassen and the Head of the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) – Hans Ulrich Shmidt. The latter praised in his speech the Russian practice of external assessment and quality assurance of vocational education, carried out by the Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and Career Development (AKKORK). The conference covered new approaches of Rosobrnadzor in licensing and state accreditation, development and problems of implementation of the state federal standard of the HPE, development of the quality assurance of education within the framework of the Bologna process. The chairman of the Supreme Council of experts of the AKKORK agency – Shadrikov V.D. held a speech on the development of socio-professional ways of accreditation in the Russian Federation
