LEADERS OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IMPROVED THEIR QUALIFICATIONS AT THE HSE KOTCHOUBEY CENTER08.12.21
On December 6-8, a training seminar for employees and heads of educational institutions of higher education was held at the Kotchoubey Center. The Kotchoubey Centre is a training center which provides a wide range of educational programmes for university managers and specialists.
The main speaker of the event was Erika Soboleva, General Director of AKKORK, who revealed the issues of various criteria bases and standards for assessing the quality of education.
The following questions were discussed at the seminar:
- Russian and international quality assurance standards.
- Features of the accreditation procedure and the role of an expert in projects.
- Peculiarities of online and on-site visits.
One of the features of the seminar was that the experts learned in practice to analyze the internal quality assurance system and got acquainted with the methods of conducting external quality assurance of education at the programme and institutional levels.
Moreover, during the seminar, the participants had an opportunity to take part in a simulation of a face-to-face expert visit and jointly wrote expert reports, which allowed them to apply the theoretical skills they received in practice and immerse themselves in the accreditation procedure.
After the end of the seminar, all participants became internationally certified experts.
