14th -17th of November 2011 AKKORK organized International forum «Independent expertise of higher education professional evaluation systems» which was held as a part of « Creating the conditions for the development of state and public evaluation of higher education institution activity, public - professional accreditation of educational programs" Federal Programme of Education Development in 2011-2015. The conference was attended by about 100 people from different regions of Russia and CIS countries. At a plenary meeting, delivered a speech the Director of the European Register of Quality Assurance Agencies (EQAR) Colin Tuck.
