March,30 – April 1, 2010. International scientific-methodical conference “The improvement of financial and economic education: content, problems, prospects” was held in the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Over 500 people attended the conference, among them were heads and deputy heads of federal, legislative and executive bodies, associations, unions, business sector and universities. The participants represented universities from all Russian regions, as well as delegations from 12 foreign educational institutions. The opening part of the conference held the rector of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, chairman of the Teaching methodology association council – Eskandirov M.A. and later gave the floor to the chairman of the accreditation Board of AKKORK – Rubin Y.B. who stated the high quality level of education in the Financial Academy, proved during an educational audit in late 2009 and early 2010 and presented the Rector of the Academy with the Certificate of Accreditation. It confirms that the training programmes of higher professional education meets the established standards, set up on the basis of the European Association for Quality Assurance of higher education recommendations.
With great attention, the members of the conference listened to the reports and presentations of the:
